What can I say about Impressions Builders? They made my job easy.
When tasked with opening a multitude of retail locations, on time and on budget, I knew I had to find people that were affordable and that I could trust. That’s where Impression Builders came in. They helped me prioritize my construction schedule and developed a critical path that made sense to me and my team. She (Masheka) handled all the permits, follow-up phone calls to the officials, scheduled the trade work and anything else I needed her to do. When I reviewed my designs with Greg Christiansen, he offered professional and courteous feedback on how we could get the most out of my budget and timeline. That’s what I appreciated most about Greg—he does not like to waste any time. When he’s on the job, you know you’re getting your budget’s worth.
Not only did this team make me look good, but they also made me feel good as well. Every time I met with Lonny Fay, he explained his tasks in laymen’s terms and helped interpret my needs in a way that made sense to the rest of the team. While no project is without issues, I appreciated the timely communication I received from Masheka and further enjoyed that her team always had a great solution to consider.
I look forward to working with this team again one day. It’s common to come across contractors that don’t care about your project or timeline, just your budget. Impressions builders helped me stay on task, on time and there were never any surprises with the budget.

We are a Utah based company that does home remodeling in three different states. I have been working with Impression Builders for the past 4 years on all our Investment properties in the Albuquerque area.
We have done roughly 165 full home remodels with them in this time, and we use this company exclusively in our New Mexico market. They have always done their very best at following through with their commitments with us by staying on budget and completing the jobs on time.
Greg and Masheka have really gone above and beyond on many occasions to make sure we were taken care of. Remodeling homes is extremely difficult and even harder when you are doing it remotely.
